IMCoS 2018 Symposium in Manila & Hong Kong

In October 2018 the IMCoS International Symposium will be split between two major Asian cities: 14th to 17th October in Manila, and 19th to 20th October in Hong Kong.  (The 18th has been left free to enable transfers from Manila to Hong Kong.)
