We have reserved a block of rooms at The Talbott Hotel, 20 East Delaware Place, two blocks from the Newberry, for the use of IMCoS Symposium registrants. The special symposium rate for single or double rooms (i.e., one or two beds) is $205 per night. This rate applies for the nights of 23 October (Sunday) through 29 October (Saturday). The rooms will be held at this rate until 23 September 2016. Fall is a busy season for Chicago hotels, and registrants are encouraged to make their reservations as soon as possible. Persons attending the symposium are welcome to make reservations at another of the many hotels near the Newberry. Several hotels offer rooms for guests at Newberry rates.
