Malcolm Young Lectures – 6th & 13th June 2023

This year there will be two Malcolm Young Lectures on the subject of Russia, entitled “Misconceptions: Russia and the West.  These will be given by Dr Dennis Reinhartz, Emeritus Professor of History and The University of Texas in Arlington.  Dr Reinhartz is well known to the map community and is the author of numerous books on map history.

To maximise the audience for this topical subject the lectures will be held online.  The first lecture will focus on misconceptions of the past, and the second on the mutual persistence of misconception today.
