cooperates with the IMCoS International Representative as required

liaises with all IMCoS National Representatives to gain feedback on all aspects of the Society’s operations

provides coordinated feedback to the International Representative for presentation to the Executive Committee

coordinates and develops permanent cartographical activities under IMCoS policy at the local national level, thus supporting the long-term goals of the Society

arranges meetings of the IMCoS National Representatives, including the preparation of the agenda for such meetings
