Our 28th International Symposium is taking place in London and we hope you will want to join us. To plan and arrange your trip to London these web pages cover the symposium programme, the hotels, the pre-symposium tours and registration.
Days 1 and 3 will be held at the Wellcome Collection Conference Centre, which is walking distance from the two hotels where we have reserved a quota of rooms, namely The Novotel, St Pancras and The Ibis, St Pancras. Day 2 will be held in Greenwich at the National Maritime Museum.
The preliminary programme is shown below. You may opt to attend the whole Symposium or you may opt for a selection of the events, which have been priced accordingly.

Participants and accompanying persons will be divided
into groups to visit three of these four places.
The last part of the walk to The Royal Observatory is up a short but relatively
steep slope. Please advise if this presents a problem. |

The Wellcome Collection Conference Centre is at 183 Euston Road, London NW1 2BE. This is walking distance from the two hotels
where we have reserved a quota of rooms, namely The Novotel, St Pancras and The Ibis, St Pancras. Should you chose to stay elsewhere
in London, the nearest underground stations to the Conference Centre are Euston
Square on the Circle Line, Metropolitan Line and Hammersmith &
City Line, and Euston on the Victoria Line and Northern Line
(Charing Cross Branch).
The National Maritime Museum is in Greenwich.
Coach transport will be provided for the outward journey from the Novotel, and
river bus transport will be provided for the return journey to Charing Cross
pier (close to Embankment underground station on the Northern Line).
