Hotels
Hotel arrangements in London are to be made by participants themselves. Many of you who have visited London before may have a favourite hotel where
you wish to stay. However for the convenience of others a quota of rooms have been reserved and special
rates negotiated with two hotels within the Accor Hotel Group, both of which
are within 7 minutes' walking distance of the Wellcome Collection. The special
rate applies to bookings made within the quota before 1st July 2010. After 1st July the rooms will be released and any further booking is subject
to availability and at the prevailing price at the time of the booking. Both
hotels may have some availability at the special rate for participants who arrive
early.

The Novotel, London St. Pancras
The Novotel is situated on the Euston Road next door to
the British Library at 100-110 Euston Road, NW1 2AJ. To make a reservation please
quote Booking Code IMCS031010 in order to receive the special IMCoS Rate of
£145 per room per night (double and single room rate) inclusive of VAT
but excluding breakfast.

Three Star
The Ibis St. Pancras
The Ibis is situated just off the Euston Road at 3 Cardington
Street, NW1 2LW, which is close to the Wellcome Collection. To make a reservation
please quote Group Reference 154875 when making a booking in order to receive
the special rate of £108.90 per night for a double/twin room or £101.95
per night for a single room inclusive of breakfast and VAT.

Participants and accompanying persons are responsible for settling their hotel
bills directly. The full amount of stay is payable at the time of booking and
is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified. Participants
