reports to the IMCoS Executive Committee of which s/he is a member

timely identifies host members and countries for international symposia, commonly held annually, and presents them to the Executive Committee for approval

produces and/or updates guidelines for the organisation of international
symposia

liaises with the local host for international symposia, monitoring the required progress on which he/she will inform the Executive Committee
5
selects and proposes new National Representatives for approval and nomination by the Executive Committee.
6
cooperates with the National Representatives’ Coordinator as required
7
chairs the meetings of the IMCoS National Representatives
