IMCoS International Symposium 2011
In 2011 we were delighted to be invited to visit Malta. Although not a full symposium (the Malta Map Society stepped in when another society was forced to withdraw at last minute) we were so well entertained and the standard of lecture (both in scope and quality) made this a symposium to be remembered and we thank our excellent hosts for their efforts and hospitality.
Here a group of IMCoS and MMS members are listening to our tour guide at the Palazzo Falson in Medina.
Below are Joseph Schirò (one of our organisers) together with Robert Bremner at the Palazzo (left) and our guide explaining the history of the Palazzo (right).
